Being a small, local business means our overheads are low - this is reflected in our prices.
From initial sketch concept ideas through to detailed planning drawings, we will prepare and submit to the Local Authority, liaising and negotiating on your behalf throughout.
We have a proven track record in gaining planning permission across the south coast over the past 15 years, building relationships with Local Planning Authorities, consultants, private clients and developers along the way.
Being small means that each and every project is important to us. It also means that we are able to ensure a personal level of service to our clients whatever the size of the project.
Using a combination of 2d CAD, 3d software and hand-drawn sketches allows us to present ideas and schemes effectively to both Local Planning Authorties and to you.
